Our mission is to assist TRANSFORMING THE THINKING OF CORPORATIONS IN TAKING RESPONSIBILITY
FOR PROVIDING THE SERVICES IN KEEPING WITH THEIR OWN CORPORATE MISSION STATEMENT AND
TO PROTECT THE SAFETY AND WELL BEING OF THE PEOPLE THEY SERVE! THE PUBLIC AT LARGE!

This site and organization will assist members of the public who have been harmed, cheated, mistreated, or
have not yet received what is justly and rightly owed to them by any corporation. We will have volunteers to
assist in public protest and outcry if and when a corporation refuses to take responsibility for their actions
(or lack of actions) that cause unjust burdens, physical or financial harm, poor or dangerous products/services, and even death among their customers.

We will work with the consumer and their legal counsel to make sure the executive offices of the corporation are making the proper decisions in making things right in a timely manner for those who have been wronged. When something goes wrong and a customer is harmed we want to get the corporation to be proactive and use the mishap as a springboard for positive, proactive and immediate action to protect other customers.

Also we will consult with and assist corporations who want transformation and proactive solutions to prevent normal business challenges (such as security) in becoming major legal and social issues. Corporations who are open to change (paradigm shift) and willing to take more responsibility can be a huge part of crime prevention and common sense crime solutions.

Too often corporations hide behind bureaucratic systems and legal protection and can not get out of their own way. We call it getting “Tied Up in Their Corporate Underwear”. Corporations spend millions of dollars on lawyers and lawsuits and many non-productive and exhausting years that add no value to their existence and core values. They will spend millions of dollars on public relations and advertising while neglecting unique opportunities to become a solution to many social issues in their own control or at least their sphere of influence.


The founder of Pillory.org has held numerous executive positions and owns numerous businesses that always put the customer first. Also within the last few years the founder has won 5 major battles against 5 major corporations outside the legal system to do the “COMMON SENSE RIGHT THING” without lawsuits.

The corporations that have not yet satisfied us with respectful communication or dialog are listed “Under Notice”

Corporations that have received notice and refuse to have the major decision makers within their organization meet with us. Consider them in the virtual pillory to be judged by the public.

In the past and when needed we have gather volunteers around the country for public demonstrations and protest in front of corporate headquarters and their investment firms that own or invest in these corporations. It gets their attention very quickly.

We believe in a PUBLIC JURY in the real sense of the word.

Many times the legal department, their lawyers or customer service personnel block or filter things from the executive offices, such as the CEO, President, and Executive Vice Presidents. Sometimes executives of a corporation have no idea what goes on with daily legal issues or serious complaints. Most of these leaders are very “Common Sense” and matter of fact in solving problems but never get a chance to execute the “COMMON SENSE RIGHT THING” decisions.

1) There was a “SPECIFIC BANK” listed here:
We are not allowed to mention their name at this point in time September 1st 2010. Instead of using common sense, collaboration and cooperation to solve the issues, this “SPECIFIC BANK” chose litigation (for the fourth time.) On August 31st 2010 this bank took our founder Fred DeFalco to court in Greenville SC for a TRO, Temporary Restraining Order. The Judge respectfully granted their request. There will now be further litigation with this bank. Their outside legal counsel has gone as far as to threaten, “Jail Time.” However, it was good news for us, because today September 1st our leadership has agreed to launch a national coalition to not only solve the problems with the leadership at this bank, but to pursue and make right, the wrongs committed by many other banks, see www.robbedbythebank.com

They have a practice that rakes in millions of dollars from consumers by charging cancellation fees not agreed to in writing-we are waiting for some answers on changing policies.



1) PALACE ENTERTAINMENT-BOOMERS PARKS Amusement parks:
Allowed a male employee to remain employed after reports of inappropriate touching of young girls.
The worst offense is they refused to put a simple non-expensive turn-key training program into place to prevent
this type of offense against children.
